Some problems can easily be resolved over the phone, and we will always give our best advice if we believe that the problem may be something the client can fix themselves, all we ask is that you consider us again in the future.

We are In-Home / On-site engineers so you don't have to worry about disconnecting all your cables etc and taking your PC etc to our office, we will visit you as soon as we possibly can.
